GO new user settings, account settings up top

The new user settings in GO are great, such as forwarder, vacation, etc. Id move the "email accounts & aliases UP TOP", before aliases... as users get confused, thinking changing name in PROFILE would change it in emails sent.

So makes sense, perhaps, ad email accounts & aliases up top.

Consider also the best place for each new option. They were all added at the end, maybe that wasn't ideal.
