Can you do the same, not just for incoming logs, but for outgoing logs too? Force user to choose the criteria? and if he chooses nothing, some warning "you have to choose a criteria". This way, it's clearer to him what he's searching and won't have any bias...

this one is important and relatively easy. Pls change drop down menu outgoing logs to ALL DELIVERIES.

It leads to error. User searches and things nothing was found, because the default is to only show successful deliveries.
