GO FR: way for users to reset pwds

an admin asks if we can have forgot pwd in webmail, as constantly his users ask him to change pwd, etc.

Perhaps it would be awesome if it could work sending SMS to phone, etc. but I guess we can keep it simple and do it via alternate email. But it would have to be optional...

I do think it makes sense and can make IT managers, which are really many times many of ours customers, happy, to be able to reduce their workload a bit.
