approved: integrate user panel options to webmail

This was already done, but I suggest moving the part of accoutns & aliases up top, maybe below ACCOUNT...

Because it is already a bit confusing how to reach accounts (the usual way in the email view, clicking on the dots)... and to make things even harder, the NAME used in sent emails is often confused with the PROFILE NAME of GO inside ACCOUNT.

So, perhaps, moving accounts and aliases up top, would help.
